Should Silly Bandz be banned?

Silly Bandz are flying off the shelves in so many stores. As fast as they are selling they are also getting banned from many schools. Many schools are banning them because they are distraction and kids might get hurt. But should they really be banned? Many kids are complaining because most of them used their own money. Now some kids think that they wasted their money on them because now the only time they can trade Silly Bandz is during the weekends and holidays. Also because they are banned from school less parents are willing to buy them because they feel like it's a waste space if their kids can't bring them to school.
